You can send money using your debit cards, credit cards, bank transfers, Apple pay or google pay. Once payment is confirmed, the transaction is processed instantly. "Bill payment and Airtime" allow you to directly pay for bills and buy airtime for your recipients directly on the 3ribe app. You are able to pay for electricity bills, cable TV, airtime,internet services and other corporate payment like government levies, hospital etc

The exchange rate utilized for all transactions is calculated daily depending on the day's market rates. We display daily rates anytime you try a transaction, so you always know how much your recipient will receive.

Direct bank transfer: Transfers are delivered to the recipient's bank account. To minimize delays and sending money to wrong accounts, we validate the bank account details before sending the money to the receipient’s account. What happens if my beneficiary did not get the funds? We will

You need to 3ribe profile to get started. You can sign up online or download the 3ribe app on your IOS or Android.

Create an account using your email address, Google, or Apple ID. When creating an account with your email address, a confirmation link will be sent automatically to your email prompting you to log in.

Please note that you must use your real name as displayed on your valid ID.

No. For security reasons, you can only have 1 3ribe account.

Sure, if you have forgotten your pin, click on forgot pin and follow the instructions to reset your pin.

Yes, you will require a login in pin. Additionally, you can set up your face ID or thumb print to login. Instead of using your pin you can use the Face ID or thumb print option.

The recipient receives the money within minutes via bank transfer.

Absolutely yes! You can send money to local banks in Nigeria via bank transfer on the 3ribe app. Add the naira account number of the recipient and we will automatically process the funds to them.

You can edit your personal details but in some cases we might ask for proof of ID to validate the changes being made.

Please never disclose your user IDs, pins, passwords, card pans and security questions and answers to anyone.

Do not sign in to 3ribe app accounts on a device other than your personal devices.

Ensure your 3ribe email address is secure and cannot be accessed by anyone other than you.

Create a password or enable your face ID and thumb print feature on your device for better security.

Yes, you will be notified by email for a successful transfer.
